Art Show Madness

Okay- here is the summer schedule

-Friday May 20th 6-9 Sasquatch Poster show.  - Major Lazer

-Phone Booth Show -Tuesday May 31st from 7-10 pm in Occidental Park - http://www.gallery206.net/?page_id=2  I am part of the Phone book.  Rad!  Thanks Joey for the intro!  DJ Bat face will be in that one.

- June 10th 2011 30/30 @ the Phinney Ridge Art walk in the Avanti Art & Design Gallery.  This is a big one.  I am doing 30 original pieces of art.  They will be 4x4 inches, and probably cost 30$-40$.  The subject will be Bars where I have been drunk.  no animals with these, so sort of a departure.

Art Show update

Thanks to everyone who came out last Saturday for my art show.  And a special thanks to those who bought some art.  And a specialer thanks goes out to Kate Boyd, Mike uh Shrimpy Trash and Seamonkey. I would also like to thank Joey Veltkamp who swung by to do a trade, something that I love to do.   He also did a nice write up on his blog - http://joeyveltkamp.blogspot.com/2011/01/chip-baker-victory-lounge.html , a great blog to check up on if you are interested in the local arts scene.

So thanks and keep a look out, I have some big ideas for 2011.

Snakes of Wrath or A Semblance of Waves: A show.

Come on down and check out some art by me. The show is called Snakes of Wrath or A Semblance of Waves . It is up to you to decide which is the more pretentious name. Maybe we could go with A Semblance of Snakes or obviously Waves of Wrath. Who cares!

DJ Shrimpy Trash and DJ Sea Monkey are going to hold it down behind the wheels of steel.

UPDATE!!!!

This is not an opening. The art is going up Jan 7th. This is going to opsing. Be sure to tip your bartender.
