Steel Tigers of Death 2010 Calendar

These images were taken at my 2 work places and with a phone.

That is right kiddies, the official STD's calendar. The band has them and will be selling them at January shows so get them before they sell-out, the calendar not the band. The band would never sell-out. I will have 2-3 up on Etsy next week. These are SUPER limited so act quick.

June 6th is the Western Aerial Show that I did this poster for. I do have to give Mad Props to Eric down at Independence Printage for doing the actual printing. These will be for sale at the show and are limited to 20.

Sasquatch Poster Show 2009

Here is a photo from the show. One half of Rangotang was there with the lovely Ms. Mckenzie, and Eagle 1. I had an ice cream cone, and enjoyed seeing the poster hanging with so many other awesome posters. I really don't know what the deal was, apparently you could buy posters. I wish I had known... I'll try and get some other photos from my camera up at some point. This photo is from my phone so it is sort of crappy.

I hand pulled these last Sunday at McKenzie Studios. Tony and the boys will be pulling through town, Friday. Good Times.

Other Lives - Sasquatch

Well, Mike and I slaved away to get this puppy out and to Sasquatch. I am super stoked to have been part of this project. Some of you may recognize the ghost cat from an earlier post.

You can see the poster in it's live environment here.

Photos of posters

here is a couple of photos of the Grannies and Starfuckers posters.

Steel Tigers of Death and Android Hero Tour Poster Preview

It says it all in the title. I hope to have full pics next week. I am also hoping to get a few, which I will be selling via Etsy, so definitely stay tuned for that.

The Grannies poster

Next week the grannies poster is going to print. This is a Rangotang job and is pretty swell. This is a really amazing bill too, so it was awesome to be given the chance to work on this poster. I did the illustration, Mike did the background and color layouts + the type.

Starfuckers at the Vera Project

My hommie at Royal Magnet, Mike Grigg and I just finished our first collaboration for our new joint -Rangotang. We will specialize in making posters for bands. We will be designing AND doing the printing, that mean hand pulled silkscreen folks. We just finished our first poster for Starfuckers who will be playing at the Vera Project. I'll be posting a photo of the poster this weekend after they dry a bit. We have a couple of other irons in the fire and I am pretty encouraged by the results of this poster. So keep a look out for us. Once we get a website up, and start posting at Gigposters, I'll let you know.

Teen Wolf

I have been hearing a lot about Teen Wolf lately, so I made this.

Whats new in the new year + a new poster.

So I recently went to the Vera project and got hooked up with a place to start do some serious silkscreening. So this year I am looking forward, and planning on doing a print a month, super small runs, maybe 10. I'll put a few up on Etsy, keep a few and send some out. Hopefully I'll get hooked up with a third party who will be down to sell them for me.

Here is a short list for 2009:
1. Art show
2 2-3 zines ( I am pretty stoked for these!)
3. 12 prints
4. Word on the street has it that I may be considered to do a Rat City Roller girl Poster too! Nothing for sure, but I am keeping my fingers crossed.

Also a I am taking commissions for rock posters. If you have a band and need a poster let me know.
Here is a preview of my first print. I'll be rocking this thing out in a week or so and will let all of you know when it has dropped.

Rad Icicle / E-trash

A poster that I did today. Plus the sketch that got me going. This is a fake poster for a non-event. I just wanted to share, and will chamber this one for use at another time and for real bands.

mandril poster

This is a poster that I worked up this weekend. It will be a hand pulled print in early 2009.
